Our philosophy is to create a quality and enjoyable fitness environment that positively encourages and develops the body, mind, and spirit for adults & kids.

Our Internationally qualified trainers have expertise in a variety of fields, including kids fitness training, sports coaching, functional training, rehabilitation and athletic conditioning.

kids Multiskills (4-7) years old

Purefit provides a well-rounded and engaging approach to enhancing children's motor skills and coordination. fun workout for kids, fun challenges for kids, kids exercise, kids gym ,kids fitness near me

FITKIDS (8-11) years old

kids at this age get the chance to be more active and do the exercises they need to grow healthy, strong and fit, all while having a blast / fun. Fitness Classes, Kids Classes for 10-Year-Olds,kids fitness classes near me, kids activities near me

TEENFIT (12-16) years old

Our Teen Fit program is specifically designed for teenagers, to improve their endurance , strength and conditioning whilst giving them more mental energy and an uplift in self esteem. the Program includes Teens Activities to make the  balance between fun and challenge.


For ladies who support each other through that last rep. It’s mix of strength, endurance and power. It also designed to get you MAXIMUM fitness results and Weight Loss in the quickest possible time. Just 45 minutes 3 times a week.

This class will allow you to burn endless calories but to challenge yourself with exercises that increases your limits.


It’s a supplementary class for all Fitness level. The class allows you to keep your joint healthy and overall flexible muscle balance with some Stretching exercising.

Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation for: Knee Rehabilitation, Shoulder Rehabilitation, Back Rehabilitation, Hip Rehabilitation, Ankle Rehabilitation,  Common overuse injuries (Runners knee, tennis elbow, rotator cuff injuries, etc.)

Prenatal & Postnatal Classes

To prepare pregnant women for birth and to teach pain management techniques during labor.

Special population group

Assessing and individualized training for special populations , including ;the elderly , pregnancy , special needs and disabled individuals.

Sport Conditioning & Performance

Sport-specific exercises to improve athletic performance. This include power, speed, agility, strength, endurance and core stability
